WHAT WE DO:

Whether you are brand new to the gym, a seasoned vet, or looking to train peak performance, we will get you to your next level.

We use a practical approach to assess where someone is at in their fitness and health journey, and to strategize what it is going to take to make significant and sustainable progress!

One on One Coaching

Just as it sounds! This is a chance for the coach to really start to impart the wisdom. Healthy movement patterns, mobility and aspects of mentality are the first things to broach. At this level you are probably training 2x to 3x per week with your coach.

Hybrid Coaching

As trust builds in your abilities and Fitness Quotient, you slowly shift some workouts to instruction through an App/Online!

This is a means of testing self-accountability and level of text communication/feedback around the workouts.

Someone could still be training 2x per week with a coach and 1-2x on their own. Or, this could be as low as 1x per week with the coach, or week on/week off.

Remember, we need to see efficacy and great communication for this to work! And if it doesn't, you have a safety valve to step back and have more 1-on-1 time!

Online Coaching

As you further build self-efficacy, consider all online training/programming, with day to day text correspondence and a 1x per month coaching call/ appointment/assessment. This is an amazing place to get to and you've split your investment in more than half at this point!

Don't forget, you could always book in for a couple extra sessions here and there, to stay connected and to get a little help with a couple things!

Fit Consulting

The coach programs one week for you. You have largely proven your accountability and tremendous understanding at this point. The coach will still be involved in mentality checks and nutrition checks, but the communication is less frequent. Where the coach was previously making progressions in your programming week to week (ie. weight/rep/set increases), those progressions are now yours to make.
